Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of Attendance will be available as of Saturday March 14 after 2:00pm. CLICK HERE to get your Certificate of Attendance (Please make sure you have your access code ready, which can be found on the reverse side of your congress badge).

 

Registrations

  • Individual registrations are accepted via online registration, registration form, or by contacting registration@wcn2015.org
  • Group registrations are accepted via online registration only
  • If you experience problems with online registrations, contact registration@wcn2015.org

 

Registration Fees

Full Congress registration fees include:

  • Access to all ISN WCN Theme Symposia and Plenary Sessions
  • Official Congress Bag including all Congress material
  • Access to the ISN WCN Exhibition Hall during opening hours
  • Access to all Industry Sponsored Lunch Symposia
  • Access to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Networking Reception on March 13 and daily coffee breaks
  • Complementary online access to Posters, Abstracts and Program Information via www.wcn2015.org
  • Allied Health Professionals rates also include access to the pre-Congress Allied Health Professionals Symposium on Friday, March 13, 2015
  • Registered delegates are entitled to register for optional educational activities (additional fees applicable)

Group contact person cannot access any Congress activities. If he/she wishes to do so, he/she needs to register duly.

Lunch and Refreshments
Daily coffee breaks (2) are scheduled in the exhibition and poster area and are included in the registration fees. A welcome networking reception is scheduled on Friday March 13, 2015 and is included in the registration fees. 
Lunch is not included in the registration fee but food and beverage outlets will be available throughout the congress center for delegates to purchase lunch items. Industry Symposia taking place at lunch time are likely to offer lunch items as part of the symposia programs.

Accommodation
Registration fees do not include accommodation. Visit our housing page for more information on Congress hotels and how to make reservations.

Transportation
No Congress bus shuttles or transportation is arranged or included in the registration fees.

Insurance
The organizers of the ISN World Congress of Nephrology do not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements regarding health and travel insurance.

Language and Translation
The official language of the Congress is English.
CNE Courses are available in both English and French (respectively simultaneous translation is provided. For details click here).

Payment Deadlines and Conditions

Credit Card
Credit Card payment (in USD only) is the preferred method of payment. Credit Card payment (in USD only) is the preferred method of payment. The following credit cards are accepted as part of the online registration process: VISA, MasterCard and American Express

Bank Transfer
Please contact the Registration Customer Service at registration@wcn2015.org if you wish to pay by bank transfer. Any bank charges by local bank or intermediate bank must be borne by the remitter. Deadline for payment by bank transfer is Feb 27, 2015. After Feb 27, 2015, please settle the payment by credit card. Clearly indicate the name of the participant(s) and WCN 2015 in all your remittances.


Full payment must be received before the corresponding deadlines to receive early or regular registration fees. After each deadline expires, the subsequent rate applies automatically.

Replacements and Cancellations Policies
Cancellations of registrations are subject to an administrative charge of 150 US$ provided the cancellation is received before Feb 13, 2015. For cancellations received after this date no refunds will be made. Visa refusal is no reason for refund if participation is cancelled after Feb 13, 2015. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Customer Service department and refunds will be made after the Congress. Replacements (delegate name change) of a registration may be made until Feb 13, 2015 free of charge. Replacements made after Feb 13, 2015 are subject to an administrative fee of 75 US$.

Double Payment/Over Payment
In case of double payment/over payment an admin fee of 45US$ is applicable for refund. Reprints of lost badges onsite during the congress are subject to an administrative charge of 50 US$.

Confirmation of Registration
Upon finalizing (online) Congress registration an e-acknowledgement including all the details of your Congress registration will be immediately emailed. Within two weeks after receipt of registration fee payment a personalized confirmation by email will be sent. Approximately two weeks before the Congress delegates will be sent an email including personalized identification barcode as well as all other logistical details and important Congress information.

Letter of Invitation
On request, the ISN WCN 2015 Customer Service staff will send a letter of invitation to attend the Congress. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. Only registered delegates who have paid their Congress registration fees in full will be issued with a letter of invitation.

 

Group Registration

 

Group registrations are available for minimum of 10 persons. Group registrations are facilitated by a group responsible (group contact person) via the online group registration module ONLY.

Registration Categories
Group registrations are available in the following categories (or their combination):

  • Non members
  • Members
    1. Members: Members in good standing of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN), South African Renal Society (SARS) and African Association of Nephrology (AFRAN). Membership number must be provided no later than March 9 in order to profit from this rate. In case membership numbers are not provided by March 9, the non-member rate will automatically apply.
  • Allied Health Professionals

Delegates' Details:

Group contact person must submit each delegate’s Title, First name, Last name, Country and Personal email address via the online group registration module.

Confirmation of Registrations
Confirmation of registrations will NOT be sent to each group participant. It is the sole responsibility of the group contact person to inform each member of the group that he/she has been registered to attend the congress.

Collection of Congress Material On-site
The group contact person (or an authorized representative) will collect congress badges and materials for the entire group and it is his/her sole responsibility to distribute them to each individual delegate. Collecting group congress materials is scheduled for Thursday 12 March 2015 between 16:00 and 19:00  and for Friday 13 March 2015 between 7:00 am and 12:00 ONLY (based on pre-arranged appointments). The Congress organizers will not be held responsible shall the group contact person fail to distribute congress badges and material to the delegates
